Get ready to build skills, boost confidence, and fall in love with field hockey! This high-energy, low-pressure program is perfect for beginners and experienced players alike, focusing on fundamentals, teamwork, and game skills in a fun, supportive environment. Beginners are encouraged to join, while experienced players can sharpen their technique and take their game to the next level. Players should wear comfortable athletic clothing, shin guards, sneakers for indoor sessions or cleats for outdoor sessions, and a mouth guard (required). Field hockey sticks will be available to borrow.
