Welcome to Kids Cardio Dance! This exciting class provides an outlet for kids to burn off their limitless energy, while inspiring creativity and developing coordination and confidence. Kids will have a blast bopping and grooving to their favorite songs while building up their fitness level, as well as making new friends! All experience levels are welcome. **THIS CLASS IS DROP OFF ONLY**
