Pilates Mat Class

Beginner level pilates class for those who have never tried pilates, or haven’t exercised in a while. You will learn a series of movements on the mat to stretch and strengthen the body. A full body workout focusing on muscle balance and breathing techniques to reduce stiffness and pain in the body. Modifications are provided for all body types. NO CLASS ON 6/22

Instructor: Eileen McGonagle
Stott certified in pilates mat and reformer since 2002. I have taught classes at Healthworks in Cambridge and the Core of Wellness in Wakefield. I also danced professionally with Gene Murray Dance Theater in Salem Ma and the Jenny Wiley Theater in Kentucky. I enjoy helping people feel better through movement.
