INSTRUCTOR: Brenda Jo Hubbard. It's plain and simple...this 30 minute class focuses on toning your major muscles, tightening your core, and sneaking in some cardio for the heart. Along with a proper diet, you WILL see results! A light set of dumbbells are preferred along with a soft surface for core work.
Class is 10 Weeks
