Fall Adaptive Programs

Adaptive recreation is a program that has been modified to meet the needs of a specific group of participants with varying physical or cognitive disabilities. This could be through equipment, content and rules, structure, support or environment. If you are unsure as to whether or not an Adaptive Recreation program is for your child please contact the Recreation Department at 781-897-5805 before registering. 

Upcoming Programs

October 14th: Open Swim at Boys & Girls Club. Time: 9:30 - 10:30am
October 17th: Launch Woburn 1 Hour Jump. Time: 5:30 - 6:30pm *Waiver needs to be filled out
October 27th: Movie Night at Spence Farm. Time: 6pm – 7:30pm
November 4th: Open Swim at Boys & Girls Club. Time: 9:30 - 10:30am
November 10th: Movie Night at Spence Farm. Time: 6pm – 7:30pm
November 18th: Open Swim at Boys & Girls Club. Time: 9:30 - 10:30am
November 21st: Launch Woburn 1 Hour Jump. Time: 5:30 - 6:30pm *Waiver needs to be filled out

We are also working on setting up Bowling dates! Will update soon!

If your child has not participated in an Adaptive program with the Woburn Recreation Department before we will need to you fill out an intake form before your child can attend the program.
