Wind Down Yin Yoga

The perfect end to your day. This slow moving class will guide you through movements designed to unpack the day and reset your mind body balance. In typical Yin fashion poses are held longer to allow the body to find a deep sense of surrender. Expect a full body experience coupled with breathwork and guided meditation that will leave you grounded and balanced. Recommended for all levels.
