Instructor, Brenda Jo Hubbard. This 30 minute class works your whole body using light Dumb bells and a mat.  With a focus on strength and endurance, we will also intertwine bursts of cardio drills to get the heart pumping.  This workout is fun and will leave you feeling great and ready to conquer the day! All levels of fitness are welcomed.
