tabata virtual
Tabata is a high intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. Cardio, endurance and core exercises will all be included in each 30 minute class. Modifications are given for all levels of fitness and no equipment needed except for a mat. 

Class will be held via ZOOM.
