De-stress with Gentle Mindful Yoga! This class is designed to leave you calm while allowing you to stretch and strengthen your body. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and body, while building heat, strength and flexibility. Appropriate for all levels. Instructor, Michelle Powers
