A fun way to get in shape and have fun doing it!

As we get older, we have to keep  moving. Our program is well rounded for fitness and fun and self protection. Learn to Punch and Kick it’s a great workout plus the added core work, strength, cardio, stretching. Lose weight and tone your body and FEEL GREAT!! Taught by seasoned martial arts and fitness Professionals. Move your body to some awesome music. Workouts differ so you never get bored!

Morning & Evening classes available!

To schedule your 8 week session please contact New England Small Circle Jujitu and ask for Ed. You may start your 8 week session at anytime!

Sign ups are marked as 1st 8 week sign up, 2nd 8 week sign up, 3rd 8 week sign up etc. Ignore the date ranges, this is so if you take one session and want to take another you can sign up again!
